Toll calculation - receipt printing
1. http://www.etc-user.jp/issue_yakkan.html
2. click the right buttons
3. 1st row -> select appropriate dates
2nd row -> license plate number of ur car (last 4 digits)
3rd row -> ETC card number
4. Click right button ... thats it.
