1. Seat allotment of Bus and hotel for students should be done by lottery before trip. Additionally, can be reshuffled after reaching destination.
2. BBQ arrangement by hotel authority in St. Martin island is better.
3. Making subgroups of students of 10~25 and giving responsibility of counting and take care to the leaders of each subgroup.
4. Contact nmbr of student sub group leaders and touring assistants
5. Medicine box, extra polythin, tissue box (separate for each bus) - controlled by touring assistants
6. Alternative spots for each spots
